The practice of Cyclic Meditation employs gentle hatha yoga postures, breathing techniques, sound, and visualization as tools to coax the mind into deep states of relaxation. It is suitable for individuals of all ages, and prior experience in yoga is not necessary. About Nicole Rose Land: Cole is a licensed massage therapist (PA #MSG011355) and graduate of the Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy's comprehensive training program. She has also trained in Cancer and Mastectomy Massage and works with UPMC CancerCenter’s Wellness and Integrative Oncology Program. In addition, she is a certified yoga instructor with more than 500 hours of training and experience leading classes in a variety of contexts, including public studios as well as grief and addiction recovery support centers. Cole believes that bodywork can be a transformative experience for each and every one of us. As such, she welcomes clients who seek to relax and restore balance to their lives; those who hope to address chronic tension and pain; as well as individuals who are eager to learn about and reconnect with themselves—body, mind, and heart.
